You can send photos, questions, ideas, stories, etc. to rick@admin or rick@leopoldodiaz.com.
You can add photos, stories, details of your family on your profile page. I am still learning the members app, but I think it is set up for you to now build your own user profile and search other members. Let me know if there are issues.
If you join free familysearch.org you can add to our family tree, see documents and photos and add to the collection. You can do the same and more if you subscribe to Ancestry.com.
I have many more photos of the family that I will get posted in the coming months. If I don’t know someone in a photo, I will leave a blank. Help me if you can.
I want to be mindful about data privacy, so for anyone living, only provide month and year of birth.
As a heads up: Uncle Chic, is doing well, but we are starting to plan for a memorial service in Pueblo when the time comes. His wishes are to be cremated, and have half of his ashes interred in a veterans cemetery in Abilene. The other half will be scattered on Grand Mesa near Grand Junction. He will turn 98 this December!
We are tentatively looking at having the memorial and reception luncheon at Zaragoza Hall. If any of you Puebloans have other ideas please let me know. By the way, I was born in Pueblo.
When I was looking at the Roselawn Cemetery “Burial Records” I notice that Leopoldo and Concha, and Bingy and Elaine are all within about 100 yards of each other. How cool is that?
